Message No. 30 to Legislative Council - Informs that the Governor General has given his assent to the act passed by them on the 10th Febraury 1853 entitled an act to assimilate the process of execution on all sides of His Majesty Supreme Courts and to extend & # the provisions of act 25th of 1841.
