To Secretary - Forwards Copy of Courts Dispatch No. 79 of 1955 dated 1st August and its Enclosure together with 18 printed Copies of the letter of thanks therein alluded to and request that the letters he distributed also copy of the first report of the Royal Commisioners of the Patriotic Fund to the Queen.
