Resolution - Resolves that no further relaxation of the Rule for remittance of Postage on letters addressed other than to Secretaries to Governments and representations from Military Auditors General and Deputy Adjustment General will be allowed, and that postage due on covers addressed to all other officers bonafide on the Public service be paid in Cash as heretofore and Charged in Contingent Bills.
