Lieutenant A. C. McNeill - In charge of the Agency Hill Tracts of Orissa. States that agreeably to the instructions contained in letter of the 28th September last he has sent into the Road Hills a party of Sebundies and directed the Jemadar in Command to place himself and party under the order of the officer left in Charge by Mr. Samuells.
