To Governor of Prince of Wales Island Singapore and Malacca - In continuation of letter dated 4th October last forwards copy of a letter from Chief Legislative Council requesting information and to furnish schedules containing cetain particulars described for the several Ports which have been or shall be declared subject to Act No XXII of 1855 with view to passing supplimentary Act for the Regulation of Port dues and fees after the expiration of the period of one year to which the levy of the present dues and fees limited by Section 41n of the said Act.
