Superintendent Electric Telegraph of the Court of Director has reason to belive that the charges brought against Artificer Caims by Mr. Braga late of the Electric Telegraph Department were to tally false, requests that he may be replaced on the list of Artificers for further trial in the Electric Telegraph Department.
