To In reply - States that Government consider Mr. Thompson to have beenqulty of an act of frand in knowingly drawing his slary twice, and directs that he be dismissed from all his emplymetns,and declared incapable of again serving the Government - The case to be immediately put in the hands of the Officiating Company Attorney - in order that Mr. Thompson may be pursued for the balance with the utimost Severity. for an example to otehr, any arrears of pay now due to him to be attached in liquidation of the demand of Government remarks on the system of account and audit in the Marine Department etc.
