To Sub Treasurer - With reference to Home Letter dated 11th August 1858 regarding the payment of the Stamp duty and fee of Pound 99 or Rs. 990 by the Honble H. Ricketts member of Council, informs that only Rs. 50 was paid to the Treasury on the 21st August last which has been kept in deposit pending further payment.
