From Secy- forwards copy of a despatch from the Junior Assistant Commissnor Lohardussa Division to Commissioner of Chota Nagpore reporting the plunder by insurgent Bhogtos and reble sepoys under Leelumber Saee, of certain villages in his Division as also of 200 laden bullocks enroute from Nagpore and Jushpore and the steps he intends taking in with the inadequate force at his disposel to over take the rebles, most urgently representing that unless measures are taken the to assist the Singooga Zemindar the conduct of goverment will be viewed with alarm by the semi independant Chiefs with in his commission.
