From Secretary - Submits for consideration and orders copy of a letter dated the 10th Instant with Enclosure from the Officiating Commissioner of Patna, and states that the Lieut. Governor has no doubt that the case of Kishore Prasod Sing Zemindar of Shahabad whose Estates were confiscated under act XXV of 1857 cores under the 7 para of the orders No. 579 of 18 November last and that therefore the sentence should be favorably consiered - Recommends instead of a free restoration the exaction of a enodicate but menly nominal fine.
