To Secretary - Reguisition respecting the illumination of the Chief Public building in the town of Calcutta on the occasion of the proclamation of the assumption of the Government of India by Her most gracious Majesty the Queen the Government Vessels in the post also to be lighted and Her Majestys loyal subjects invited to illuminat their vessels on the same occasion etc.
