Read a despatch from the Honble Court of Director No. 125 fo 1858 dated 18th August forwarding copy of correspondence received from the Bond of control and desiring that an advance of 50,000 Rs. may be made to Mr. Eales the acting emigration agent at Calcutta on account of the incidental expenser of emigration to the West Indies for the ensuring years.
