To Right Honble the Governor of (Telegram ) Report that Sir Hugh Rose has taken gwalior ofter an action of 5and 1/2 hours the enemy has evacuated their Fort our Artillery and cavalary are in pursuit - The Ranee of Jhansee has been killed - The Governor Gerneral request that this news may be special through every part of the Deccan and of lSouthern and Westurn India, and that the westoration and our brave and fathful ally Semdch by the British arms may be loudly peaclumied.
