Read a despatch from the Right Honble the Secretary fo state for India No. 110 of 1858 dated 29th September replying to Bengal public Narrative for the 3rd quarter of 1857 Para 22 suggests the extension as far as practicable of the sphere of the Metorrolegical observations at present made only in Bengal.
