To Honery Secretary of the British Indian Assoeiution with reference to his letter dated 13th June and 31th July 1857 with Munorials praying for the dis allowance of Acts No VI of 1857 and XX of 1856 forwards copy of Despatch in the Legislative Department No 3 of 1858 dated 19 January from the honble Court declining compliance.
