Approves and senctions the proposal of the Director Generral Post office to set apart 10 Waggons of the Bullock Train daily, for the Carriage fo officer`s Baggage Provided they he not requised for the conveyance of Public military Stores - The propriety of despatching stores bythe Bullock Train under the Escort of parties of Council Commanded by Commissioned officer, will be considered in the Military Department and relative to the necessary of a strong Mounted police on the Grand Trunk Road will be communicated to the Bengal Government for report.
