Forwards copy of a letter from the Accountant General, Punjab, from which it appears that there is a balance of Rupees 92,000 of the Famine Fund in the Agra and Masterman`s Bank, and that the Bank held also Government Securities belonging to the Fund amounting to Rupees 18,000. Suggests that the Punjab Government may be requested to obtain delivery of the Government Securities, and to forward them to Calcutta endorsed in his favor, by the parties in whose favor they stand.
