In reply to Mily. Dept. Ltr. no. 461 of the 14th inst. engagement considreation of their recevign the arrears of py due to asst. Srugeon G.M Gowwary with any retrenchemnt whihc may be refunded to be ansuer able to Govt. in the event of any claim being made againt that ofifcer to the extent tof the arrears or retrenchemnt whihc they may received on his account.
