Feed, 23rd Regiment W.L.J. to proceed & resuine Command of the Detachment of 2nd Infantry at Chindwarrah, & Captain the Baron Von Meyrn, Commandant of the 3rd Regiment of Infantry, Nagpore Irregular Force, to assume charge of the Adjutant Deptt. of the Regiment during the absence of the Nepean who has obtained 5 month leave of absence to proceed to Poonah & Bombay.
