With reference to Para 9th of the G G O No. 154 of 30th jany last forwards the certificate whcih should have accompaneid his lr. o. 615 of 1st submittign the appn. of ensign C R mathews to eb transferred from teh 59th Native infy to the 43rd Light infy.
