In obedience to the Honble Court's instructions, refers, for Consideration, Extract of Courts despatch, No. 33 of 1855, relating to a decesions of the Madras Govt. that the difference between Majors half and full batta hitherto granted to the Supg. Surgeon Nagpore Force, in virtue of being attached to a force beyond Frontier, should , consequents on the Ferritories of the late Rajah having been annexed to the British Dominious, be discontinued upons the relief of the present incumbent.
