Major Grahm late of the 5th N.I. the 3rd euroepn regt. with a memebr in Duplicate relative to the loss of rank whihc he has suffered any transmfer from the 55th to the 5th N.I. and proaying for his orignal standing and the rank of field officer other on the occussin of farming new copy or affocicney ones.
