General order by the Most noble the Governor General of India in Council fort william 7th feby.1854. the undermentioned gentlemen are admitted to the service in conformity with their appointmnet by the Honble the Courts of Directors as cadets of Infantry on this Establishment and promoted to the rank of Ensign from the dates assigned to them in Govt.
