In continuation of his ltr. no. 84 of the 28th July last, submit copy of further corespondnece with the Qtr. master genl. of teh army regardign the employment of tent lascans for the camps of teh govr. genl. and the C. in Chief observes that it is diffilut to understand what the qtr. master genl. urgetn.
