Enclosed to no. 846 dated 23rd March 1854 from Secy. at Madras - Transmit copy of a reference from the Ajdt. GEnl. of the madras army on certain points conncted with the G.A. no. 110 of the 1st Feb. last, promilaitng the nen turlo regulations - and states taht the madras Govt.have grated authrotieed for teh final para of teh above regulated beig held in abeance.
