Transmits, a half yearly reports of the umballah grazings fund commce, together with the account current balanced to the 31st December 1853. and recommends for sanction, the proposal of the comce. to allow the fund amountings to Rupees 1918--9-3 to accummulate for the another season , when measures on an extensive scale for the improvesement of the cantonment may be carried out.
