In reply to ltr. no. 2792 of the 26th May last - With referenc to miy. dept. ltr. no. 359 of the 13th Inst. states tah he is still of opnion tha the boats bult at Rangoon do materilly differ form the one selcted as a model and taht theri efficency has been therby impaird.
