With advertence to his office letters Marginally nopted within, relating to a claim of Company's Rs. 931,,10,,4 against Captain G. Rigand, Her Majesty's 60th Rifles preferred for recovery through the intervention of the Honble Court, intimates that the Bomabay Presidency has Audited the sum of Rs. 261-10-4 of the claim in quesion to the Bengal Predency, thus reducing the claim to Rupees Six hundred and severnty, to which balance the Pay master Queen's Troops has called attention in his letter no. 263 of the 27th Ultimo, and respectfully solicit in consequence that the subject may again be brought to the notice of the Honble Court in the event of no intimation having yet reached his office of recovery having been effected in England.
