Transmits extract of Peshawur divison order of the 19th april 1854 appointing Lt H.N. Hodgson of the 9th regt Native infantry to act as adjt to the 1st sikh local infy in the room of Lt C. H. brownlon appointed actin second in command and detached from the head quarter of the corps with a request that the order be submitted to govt with the commander in chief.
