In reply to no. 163 of the 5th Feb. 1857 states th the men attached to teh D.P.w. saugor and nerbyudda territories therin referred to have bene transferred from the madras to the bengal prey. and thta arty. E.Hamilton engr. dept. who is it is presyumed referrd to has been tranferred as a corporal of infy.
