With advertence to G.O. no. 616 of teh 9th june last brings to notice the cases of unattached ensigns Budd and donooan who were admitted to the aunmity authorized in g.O. 20 may 1848 in g.O. no. 425 of 16th nov. 1849 after they had obtained their commissions and solicits orders.
