With reference to Mily.Deptt.lr.No.482 of the 16th augt.1853 transmits copy of a memo. from the Adjt.Genl.A.Ner Forces No.662/2 dt.6th April 1854 & of its enclosures from Surgeon J.R.Taylor, of H.M's 80th Foot, resubmitting effect may be given in his case while on service in Burmah.
