Sanctioning Lt. W Mc Mean W cairncros J H Grammell & I Grahme transferred to the 27th foot being atahced to their former corps the 22nd until they join their new regiment on its arrival in India authorizing Lt. W Mc pherson exchanhed into the 8th fusiliers to continue to do duty with the rgiment till the 27th foot arrive.
