In reply to Mily Department letter no 888, of the 27th Ultimo objecting as a General Rule to allow of as General Rule absent 60 days continuous by in each year instead of 30 days in each half year observes that the application which was made in his letter no 3182 of dated 10th october 1854. was not as a General rule but for officer serving in middle and upper scinde Rajpotana.
