With refrence to Mily Department no 934 D/27th September in regard to a suply of Rifles for the Infantry of the P.J .J forwards a further correspondence with Brigade chamberlain stating that 11,80 more Rifles onl,y are wanted to complete the arrangements of the force. and suggesting thjat the number might be procured from the magazineof madras and Bombay.
