Stating in reply that in G.O. of this date the service of Captain Sir G. Parker Baronet of the 74th N.I. have been placed at the disposal of the Lt. Governor in order to his appointment as a Cantonment Joint Magistrate at Cawnpore during the time his regimental may continue at that station.
