In reply to extract from the Mily. departmnt letter no. 979 of D/ 29th nov. 1855 submits copy of a letter to the offg. suptg. engr. pegu circle authorizing the commencement of the new massoney barrcks at Monlmein and requesting a statment fo the measure which have been taken up ti the present tiome in further awre of this wrok by cllection of matral or otherwise .
