Encloed to a ltr. from the Secy. at Bombay No. 106 of the 11th Jan. 1855 - Transmitting having of Ltr. n. 801 of the 31st Oct. 1854 to the A.G.A. conveyign the instructin of the Govt. of India in regard to teh meaneplaced at th dispdoal of the europ sodliers to enable them to work at any trader they may be desirous of followign when of duty.
