Transmitting a Series of Minutes numbered from 2 to 10 Placed on the Council Table on the 28th Feby. 1856 by the Marquess of Dalhousie with an intimation that it has been determined to considers the whole of the Minutes and to bring them eventually under the conderation of the Honble the court of Directors with the opinion upon them of the Govt. of India.
