Reports that one Mohun Coll has brought an action in the supreme court against the East Indian Company to recover the sum of Rs. 7,00,000 which he alleges to be the Calonies due to him for goods services, and money supplied to govt. between the 1st August 1842 and the 28th Feby. 1843.
