With refernece to mily deptt letter no 563 of the 15th july last transmits copy of one from the medl board submitting the report called for shewing what number of new native doctors the service annually requires and what number a class of 150 will annually furnish and statin that when they have recd the informaiton body of men attached chiefly to jails .
