Transmitting Three box packets contingent Military Despatches addressed to the Honble Court, & requesting him to forward them to the Master attendant with instruction to despatch them by the 1st Sailing Ships bound for London, apprising this Departt. of the names of the Vessels on Which the Boxes may be shipped.
