With reference to Military Deptt. letter no. 475, Dated 17 Instt. states for information, that a Jellalabad Medal for Color Serjeant O'Neill, late a Serjeant in Her Majesty's 13th Light Infantry has been sent to the Mint, with a request that the engraving of his rank, name, &c. may be expedited and returned without delay.
