In reply to your letter no 1574 of the 1575 of the 30th December 1854. and 25th of this date iam directed to inform you that the most noble the govenor General of India in Council is pleased to permit pensioned serjeant J. Minton his wife and child and also corporal W. Hart and gunner J. Clark all of the artillery to proceed to Euurope.
