With reference to g.o. 16th april 1852 submits for sanction 2 extts of orer issued at Sauder and meerut disectin certain Bearen and bylees to be furnished for certaion bedridden invalied and recovered men unable to walk a lr. from the supg surgeon meerut circle and the 2 certificate forwarded .
