Resident hyderabad dated 20th Feb. - In reply to mily. deptt. no. 373 of the 10th Oct. 1857 forward copy of the information obtianed regardign teh breaking of spear hads by captain maryerm, 3rd Csvy. H.C. and state that the method of costign stpear adopted that oficre has never prevailed in the cavy.
