Sanction of the Secretary of State to the increase of the pay of the appointment of Electrical Adviser to the Govt. of India form Rs. 1,000-50-1,600 to Rs. 1,500-50-2,000 a month, and to the grant to Mr. J. W. Meares, the present incumbent, of the first increment of Rs. 50 over his present rate of pay with effect form the 1st April 1917.
