Secretary has for mguidance funished with an esxtract from the minute of council of the 16th FEb. las,t on consideration of a ltr. from the Govr. Genl. dated the 21st Oct. 1795 a copy of which with its sundry enclosure was at the same time transmitted to him.

The National Archives of India is on a mission to digitize and make available online each and every record in its repositories. This is an ongoing effort and some records will be made available before the others.
