Representation by the Upper India Chamber of Commerce against the system under which the tariff valuations of cotton goods manufactured at Cawnpore are fixed for the purposes of section 6 of the Cotton Duties Act (II of 1896) - Decision that the upper Indida chamber may send a representative to the conference held at Bombay by the Director General of Commercial Intelligence prior to the annual revision of the tariff values.
