Appointment of Shri JUStice H.K.Chainani, Judge of the Bombay High Court to persorm the duties of Chief Justice of that high Court during the absence on leave of Shri Justice M.C. Chagla. His subsequent appointment as permanent Chief Justice of the Bombay High Cour Vice Justice M.C.Chagla resigned.
